Part of Operations & Performance

Process excellence

We map, simplify and standardise the processes that matter most, so work flows with fewer delays, errors and handoffs.

Most inefficiency hides in the gaps between teams, not inside them. We follow the work end to end, remove what adds no value and make the better way the standard way.

When to call us. Signs it’s time for this work.

  • The same task is done differently in every branch or department.
  • Approvals take days, yet nobody can say where requests are stuck.
  • Rework and manual corrections absorb a large share of staff time.
  • New systems were installed, but the old workarounds survived.

What’s included. Scoped to your context, delivered end to end.

  1. 01

    Process discovery and mapping

We walk the process with the people who run it and document how work really happens.

  2. 02

    Lean redesign

We remove waste, cut handoffs and redesign flows around the customer and the outcome required.

  3. 03

    Standard work and controls

Clear procedures, roles and checkpoints that make good performance repeatable and auditable.

  4. 04

    Continuous improvement routines

Daily huddles, problem-solving methods and coaching, so teams keep improving after we leave.

How we work. Four phases, with value at every step.

  1. 1

    2–3 weeks

    Diagnose

Map current processes, measure lead times and error rates, and agree priorities with process owners.

  2. 2

    3–4 weeks

    Redesign

Co-design the target process with frontline teams and test it on real cases.

  3. 3

    4–6 weeks

    Pilot

Run the new process in one unit, track results weekly and adjust before scaling.

  4. 4

    6–8 weeks

    Embed

Roll out across sites, train process owners and hand over the improvement routines.

What you walk away with

  • Current-state process maps
  • Waste and bottleneck analysis
  • Target process design
  • Standard operating procedures
  • Continuous improvement playbook

What changes

  • Shorter cycle times from request to completion
  • Fewer errors, less rework and fewer escalations
  • Teams that own and improve their processes

Common questions.

Do we need to pause operations while you redesign processes?

No. We work alongside daily operations, test changes on a limited scope first and scale only what has proven itself in practice.

Is lean only relevant for factories?

No. Lean principles apply equally to banking, insurance, public services and back offices. Any process with queues, handoffs and rework can benefit.

How do you make the changes stick?

We involve frontline teams from the start, appoint clear process owners and install simple weekly routines to review performance and solve problems.
